Just click on the day folder or the file you want to download. The best way to do this is to download one day at a time, rather than several days at a time. The videos are around 500 MB\/day, maybe get some external storage for that.<\/p>\n

If you have problems with the download it can help<\/p>\n

  • delete the browser cookies,<\/li>\n
  • or clear the browser history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    It’s best to ask someone at your location who knows computers. <\/p>\n
