“Healing your emotions”
In this seminar series I would like to invite you to look at the healing of your emotions in a completely new and powerful way. This approach is based on my 30 year life journey with meditation, Sat Nam Rasayan and various modalities of healing work.
What would happen if you let go of the idea
that you need to dissolve and transform your emotions?
I want to introduce you to a space where you see your emotions as a valid and important part of the dance of your life. Instead of wanting to get rid of them, really invite them to express themselves freely and fully. The depth to which this can open and liberate your energy system is not really describable, but is actually an embodied experience. If you can turn to your emotions in this open acceptance, without struggle, without rejection or avoidance, then your life becomes open again to the deeper impulse of your original being and the creative power of life.
In order to open up in this way, you first need a safe inner space. This seminar is designed so that we can make this journey together and you will receive important tools to develop a clear understanding of this process and be able to put it into practice.
This is an important step towards a successful life.

30.10. | Inner stability – from excessive demands to stability
On the first evening, we will open a space of inner stability together with a guided meditation and simple yoga exercises. This stability and centering of your energy in the navel point and the central channel gives you the clarity to allow emotional tensions and triggers to really take effect and express themselves.
We start the journey with light emotional sensations at first. If you start practicing this process regularly, you will be able to experience stronger emotions in this way over time.
You open up a profound space for self-healing, which is also available to you at all times in everyday life. Over time, you will also experience a new clarity and stability in challenging situations.

27.11. | Clearing the subconscious – tidying up the cellar
The subconscious is like software that determines your reactions, preferences and behavioral patterns. For a large part of the day, we move as if on autopilot and end up thinking that we make all our decisions consciously.
On this evening, we will free and clear our subconscious with a practice. In contemplation, we will learn to observe the communication between the conscious and subconscious mind. This gives you a clearer experience of your reaction patterns and also the opportunity to get off this hamster wheel.
You experience a path that helps you to free yourself from old structures and thought patterns. You will develop new perspectives and a world full of possibilities.

15.1. | Kundalini and the joy of life
Every expression of being alive is the dance of Kundalini. A laugh, the brief blooming of a flower and every movement of life. The whole dance of life is absolutely effortless, boundless and spontaneous. On this evening we will explore how we can relax back into this dance and what tricks will help you to speed up the process.
This will give you clear access to your creative potential and a new lightness in your life.
The precise work with the Kundalini, the dance of tension, relaxation and impulsive flow, is the crowning achievement of my personal research over the last few years. The integration of this practice enables you to feel freer and more detached in everyday life and thus to feel more joy in life again. I look forward to sharing this treasure with you.

I am taking part in the current meditation series and am very grateful for it. It is a gift that and how you facilitate and pass on this experience.
