In this retreat, the heart becomes the center of your perception and lived experience.
Emotional tensions, inner resistance, and old protective patterns are allowed to soften and dissolve within the space of the heart.
A sense of inner contentment, mental clarity, and a new quality of presence in daily life begins to emerge. From this state, your resonance with the outer world shifts naturally: life starts responding differently to your presence and radiance.

The retreat is an intensive opportunity to deeply experience Sat Nam Rasayan and receive transformative impulses for your meditation and healing work.
For three days we will meet for intensive Sat Nam Rasayan sessions, practicing and healing together. Each retreat has a special theme.
All retreats are suitable for beginners and advanced meditation practitioners alike.
