Infinity and you
The unity of the open, wide stillness of the spirit and the free play of the personality is perhaps the greatest mystery on your spiritual path.
It leads you to the realization that every moment – just as it happens – is your very own chance to leap into freedom. Everyday life becomes the field of your spiritual practice. In the deep relaxation in the moment, life begins to live itself. It is the chance for deep healing of your personality and the release of patterns that have held you back from living your true nature of joy and stillness for so long.
The retreat is an intensive opportunity to deeply experience Sat Nam Rasayan and receive transformative impulses for your meditation and healing work.
For three days we will meet for intensive Sat Nam Rasayan sessions, practicing and healing together. Each retreat has a special theme.
All retreats are suitable for beginners and advanced meditation practitioners alike.
Planned schedule
Check-in from 13.00 h, start of classes 16.00 h
Friday: 16.00 – 19.00 h Sat Nam Rasayan, dinner at 19.00 h, short evening meditation
Saturday and Sunday: 6.00-8.30 h morning meditation, breakfast, 10.00-13.00 Sat Nam Rasayan, lunch, 16.00-19.00 h Sat Nam Rasayan, dinner, gong bath or meditation.
Monday: 5.30-8.00 h Meditation, Breakfast, 9.30-12.00 h Sat Nam Rasayan, Lunch, 13.30-15.00 h Sat Nam Rasayan

Walking the Path: 250 € or 280 €
