Receptive into the new year | This morning meditation helps you to become still inside—and at the same time to hear more clearly what really feels right now.

Through targeted meditative practice, your mind and nervous system come to rest. This creates a space in which your intuitive impulses become perceptible again, as a natural movement arising from stillness.

Perhaps there is something that is still unresolved, that doesn’t feel quite right, or that calls for inner clarification.

Receptivity is a regulated, present state in which:

• mental control subsides,
• your perception becomes more refined,
• intuitive impulses become clearer.

The practice gives you more inner openness, presence, and orientation – as a basis for decisions, encounters, and your personal path in the new year.
