The pineal gland lies at the center of the brain and is described in many traditions as the inner eye. Its activation opens the doorway to clear intuition, refined perception, and the direct experience of unity with all that is. From this arises a deep sense of connection, inner stability, and effortless, quiet presence.

It acts like a translator: Kundalini energy is transformed through it into consciousness light, intuition, and clarity.
In modern terms, it can be seen as the bridge between neurophysiology and mystical experience.

For the pineal gland to open sustainably, the Kundalini must first awaken in the pelvis and then gently rise through the central channel into the brain. A state of sensitive softness and quiet presence is essential to support and stabilize this process.
