from our retreat »Mystical Heart«

For three mornings, we are opening the meditation practice of our summer retreat in Austria to online participants.

The retreat group practices together over several days. At the center is the mystical heart: the heart as the center of perception and a meditative space in which silence and presence can be experienced.

 

You can join us live online and become part of this shared meditation practice for two hours.

The morning meditation will be broadcast live directly from the retreat and is free of charge.
