Freedom from old patterns and conditioning
Our body and mind are a storehouse of memories that have a strong influence on our being. In this seminar we explore a meditative space that gives us access to these patterns from our ancestry and collective patterns – and more importantly – the opportunity to solve them. It will truly be a transformative retreat.
Open to beginners and advanced users.
Away from the high life of the “white island” we effortlessly get in touch with ourselves. In this protected setting we can work intensively, the Sat Nam Rasayan sessions support you on your path.
For 3.5 days we will meet for intensive Sat Nam Rasayan sessions, practicing and healing together. Each retreat has a special theme.
There will be lunch with local products and the possibility of massages and healing sessions in the seminar house Can Rafael.
There is enough time for beach visits, the famous hippie markets or a boat trip around the island of Es Vedrà. If you want to go on a discovery tour, we recommend your own rental car, e.g. from Check24.

Accommodation
You can take care of your own accommodation or book it directly at the seminar center. A maximum of 14 participants can stay overnight in the seminar house. E.g. double room 80 € or glamping tent from 50 € per night and person. You can book your overnight stay up to 2 days before and after the retreat.
Special
You have the opportunity to book a photo shoot with Kashaya Rustige at magical places in Ibiza. Shaya is a model, photographer and designer.
