SPECIAL MEDITATION: 6.40-7.30 h If you like to meditate later or more, we will practice another special meditation afterwards. It is also a source of deep transformation and healing.

We will provide you the daily video at 8.00 am. So you can continue to practice if you cannot join the meditation at 5:30 h in the morning.
