Deep Roots in the Self

A new year is beginning and we will experience many opportunities and challenges. The most important thing for you is to find deep roots within yourself. Your stillness and your own personal strength are your most important refuge this year. Resting in yourself, you will face everyday life and its challenges and gifts clearly and intuitively.

The aim of this series is to bring our meditative presence into daily life and start the new year with fresh energy and clarity.

In the first weeks of the new year, we sow the seeds for our successes and growth in 2025.

SPECIAL MEDITATION: from 6:35 ca. 7:00 h
If you would like to meditate later or more, we practise another special meditation from 6.35 approx. 7.10 am. This is also a source of deep transformation and healing.

The meditations take place on ZOOM. You will receive the Zoom link by e-mail in the evening by 10.00 pm (please also check your spam folder). If you register later, please log in the morning into the Sofengo webinar room. Sven will post the Zoom link there.
